Flowers and Plants

Please understand that due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, we are unable to accept or offer refunds or exchanges on these products. All flower, plant and potted plant orders and subscriptions are final sale. 

However, your satisfaction is very important to us, if you have a problem or you are not satisfied with your floral product please contact us within 24 hrs of receiving or purchasing your product. Please email us order@apassionforflowers.ca  
(emails are checked 7 days a week). 

*However, we are not responsible for temperature factors or care that occur outside of our shop that may affect the flowers (ie. extreme weather conditions, leaving flowers in your car, or long periods without a water source, placing them by a heater, or direct light, over/under watering plants etc.) 

 

Hard Goods

Hard good products, such as home goods and decor, are exchangeable within 5 days of purchase with the sales receipt. No returns or exchanges on seasonal decorations/products, lotions/body care products or jewelry. Items that have been reduced or marked down, are final sales. Any shipping or delivery fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Cancellations 

Cancellations of an order placed online must be received 2 days prior to the delivery date. Cancellations of any custom orders ie large orders, weddings or events, cancellations must be received within 30 days notice or as outlined on the contract. Refunds are not given, should the order be cancelled due to not reading the contract.

If the cancellation is received 2 business days prior to delivery, we are able to happily provide a full credit for a future order date.


Substitutions - Seasonal Availabilities

The products that you see on our website are a representation of our style and a general indication of sizes. It is important to note that as we are working with seasonal products, flower types will vary, depending on their seasonal availability and prices. While we aim to recreate what is pictured, substitutions may occur. We will strive to remain in the budget and colour palette as requested. Every bouquet is unique and special, made for you to enjoy.

Special Requests

If you would like to request something special to add to your bouquet, a card, chocolates etc., simply contact us by phone, prior to placing your order. We will advise you of the availability, and do our best to include it for you ( minimum of 2-3 working days notice).
