All same-day orders must be placed before 1 pm
We service the following areas but request 24 hrs notice 12pm cut off* in ordering:
*for out of order deliveries we require 24 hours notice, the cut off time is 12pm (noon) of the previous day. If you have questions about deliver, please do not hesitate to give us a call at +1 604.531.8827.

We deliver worldwide through our association with FTD.
How to order:
Please fill out the Contact Us Sheet with your information, (this will be free form)
Sender’s information (address/phone number/occasion)
Date of Delivery (please provide at least 1-2 mins day notice, longer for international orders)
Budget of flower order *
(*keep in mind, currency exchange rates and there is at least a minimum of 50.00 on orders not including the additional wire/delivery fees that can range from 28.00 – 40.00 ).
We will contact you to verify your information and quote you and accept payment to finalize your order.
Delivery Information & Details:
Your orders are important to us and we do the utmost to take good care of the delivery of your beautiful flowers. There are certain details that we will need from you in order to ensure a smooth transaction.
*The majority of our deliveries are outsourced to a flower delivery company who have been handling the transportation of flowers for many years. While they are swift and speedy please note that they are servicing all other florists in the lower mainland and exact time of delivery is not guaranteed but keeping within the date that you have requested your order on.
We can only place requests with the company and it will be at their discretion, or availability, if they can achieve it. Please let us know any helpful information ie. if the delivery is to a business (recipient's work hours), basement suite, apartment Buzzer number, etc.
*Timed deliveries may be possible for double the delivery fee. It is NOT available during flower holidays and must be booked at least 24 hrs prior to the delivery date directly with us.
*We would really like to keep it a surprise BUT, if the recipient lives in an apartment or gated home or if cold/hot weather is an issue we will need to contact them. To keep things running smoothly for our delivery drivers, they cannot attempt re-deliveries or wait for people, so we will need to ensure that the recipient is home prior to the order leaving our shop.
